Sandeep is a finance professional by qualification with diverse experience in finance and business leadership roles in multiple geographies across the Asia Pacific, in industry segments such as FMCG, Media, Pharmaceuticals, and Lifestyle products. Sandeep spent almost 10 years outside the country with a European FMCG company - 2 CEO stints over 6 years (Sri Lanka and Indonesia) and 4 years as Regional Finance Director (Asia Pacific) based in Singapore and on his return to India, set up his own consultancy outfit Value-Unlocked, which operates in Strategy Consulting and Leadership Coaching space.
