After having served top-tier corporates like Dell, Fidelity, Chrysler Automotive, Vodafone Australia, Crazy Johns, and others, I incorporated my own management consulting firm called, Effex Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. I went on to conceive and develop a method called Propel which is designed to help small/medium businesses grow in a systematic manner and become scalable.
