He has been an IT professional with more than 23 years of corporate experience in many reputed organizations, including ONGC, PwC, HCL, Wipro, IBM, and Dell. His education includes B Tech (NIT) and MBA (Schulich Canada). He is an articulate speaker on leadership and developing leadership capabilities among corporate professionals following a simple ‘Seven Step’ process that he has devised.
