Srikant Sastri is an almost-failed serial entrepreneur who eventually succeeded by keeping his faith, by being persistent, and constantly innovating through trial and error. He has now made it his life mission to motivate people (young and old, men and women) to become entrepreneurs and create jobs. Or to be equally innovative and intrapreneurial within large corporations. After graduating from IIT Kanpur and IIM Calcutta, he chucked high-paying MNC jobs to become the first-ever person in his family, across generations, to be in business rather than pursue a job.
