With over 45 years in HR leadership am currently serving as Advisor to CEO and MD Group Human Resources, Larsen and Toubro. At LandT, he has contributed by conceptualizing and implementing a Performance Management System called FAIR, developing a high potential programme with over 19000 assessments of leaders in 2 decades and several other first of the kind HR Policies. He was recently felicitated with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Economic Times Human Capital Awards 2021.
