Dimpy Tolani is currently serving as an honorary member and State president- Women and Skill development for All India Human Rights Council. Additionally, she's also serving as an Ahmedabad District head at Mahila Suraksha Sahayta Sangathan to help stop violence and injustice among the women fraternity. She is also emerging out to be a micro influencer who is vocal for local products on Instagram in order to support women business owners based out of India. Dimpy is also simultaneously working towards her own initiative called "She Splash" in order to support women enterpreneurs and to give them a voice in the society and bring forward their unheard stories. Her motto is to empower women to be socially and financially independent.
