I focus on engaging with diverse people and leveraging unique individual potential - which accelerates our ability to optimize and operationalize business/capability models more effectively. Currently, I lead the learning strategy and consulting group that engages with business verticals across IBM Services - to determine critical gaps against future skills, execute strategic upskilling/reskilling models, and deploy Skilling programs - enabling the org to scale capabilities in Cloud, Cognitive, Analytics, and other new-age skills, while ramping up core Industry and Consulting skills.
