As Chief Design Officer at Fractal.ai, he built a team of 75+ specialists in Design & Behavioral Science. Prior, at Dr. Reddy’s, he established Studio 5B, pioneering digital health solutions and promoting patient-centricity. His work is showcased in IDEO U’s course on Designing for Change. Param also contributes to academia, serving on the Executive Council at the Indian School of Business. A mindfulness advocate, he annually shares insights through a toolkit blending Mindfulness and Design Thinking.
