Ahmed is a renowned speaker, trainer, and facilitator on soft skills themes such as leadership, coaching, and team building. Since January 2022, he is an IFC Certified Master Trainer. Over the years, he has been invited to speak/facilitate training in Bangladesh, Denmark, the USA, the UK, Malaysia, Afghanistan, India, and Nepal. He received the 'Global Training and Development Leadership Award' in February 2017 which was presented by the Mumbai-based World HRD Congress in its 25th-anniversary celebrations.
