Leadership is not about doing but about being , being there to hear others ,inspire them on their life's purpose. Its a true leader who is not followed by force but by the respect and trust he/she has developed from the people due to their skills , a deep desire, passion to be the beholder of his dream undeterred and focused! I was always inclined toward helping people by bringing the best out in them in the most subtle way. Motivational speaking became an extension of that purpose which gave people a lot of satisfaction, awareness and happiness.
