Rajesh Ramakrishnan is a business advisor, ICF-certified leadership coach, and former Managing Director of Perfetti Van Melle India (2018–2023), with over 30 years of experience building brands, scaling organizations, and nurturing leadership capability. During his corporate career, he led high-performing teams across geographies, delivering sustained growth through a people-centric and purpose-driven approach.
Today, Rajesh partners with CXOs, founders, and senior leaders through two focused offerings: strategic advisory—covering business transformation, marketing strategy, and organizational effectiveness—and leadership coaching, with over 500 hours of coaching delivered across sectors globally. He is the recipient of the ET Inspiring CEO Award (2022) and CEO of the Year Award (2023), and is co-authoring The Nurturing Quotient (Penguin, 2025). He also co-founded My Daughter Is Precious, supporting girls’ education.
