I am honored to have recently received the Academic Leadership Award in 2019 from IBAE. My academic journey includes obtaining an LL.M. in Business-Laws in 1994 and a Doctorate in Law in 2012. From 1992 to 1996, I had the privilege of working at the Supreme Court of India. In 2006, I was appointed as an Arbitrator by NIXI, a concern of the Ministry of IT of Govt. of India. My career began as a Lecturer of Law at KGK(PG) College, Moradabad, from 1996 to 2004. Subsequently, I served as Vice Principal at the Integrated School of Law in Ghaziabad from 2004 to 2006, followed by my tenure as Director at Translam College of Law until 2017. Continuing my journey, I held the position of Dean at the College of Law at IIMT University, Meerut, until 2019 and then assumed the role of Dean Cum Principal at the College of Law and Legal Studies of Teerthankar Mahaveer University.
