Working in the inter-related disciplines of Coaching, Training, Learning & Development (L&D), Skill Development, Employability, Education and E-Learning, he has amassed over 2500 + hours of dedicated personal coaching and has facilitated over 1200 training programs. To make his interventions impactful, he uses a variety of tools and techniques like NLP, Visualisation, Positive Psychology, Psychometric Tools, Coaching Models, Affirmations, Mindfulness and more.
