Parul Pradhan Sharma is a design-driven strategic leader with 23+ years of experience spanning automotive, consumer products, product innovation, and service design. Her career combines industrial design expertise with a strong understanding of customer experience and the evolving automotive ecosystem. She has held design roles across leading automotive organizations and currently works in After Sales & Service Design at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India.
A postgraduate in Industrial Design from IIT Bombay, Parul has also pursued management education at IIM Bangalore. She actively contributes to industry conversations around software-defined vehicles, automotive design, customer experience, product innovation, and future mobility. As a speaker and mentor, she brings practical perspectives on design-led innovation, women in design, human-centered thinking, and navigating the transformation of automobiles from mechanical products to evolving digital platforms.
