Iti Rawat

Iti is an entrepreneur, motivational speaker, a retail experience enhancer, and a firm advocate of enabling women to gain financial independence. She is the founder of two trail-blazing organizations Thinkhall Training and Consultancy through which she strives to create working professionals with practical skills, knowledge in the retail industry, and WEFT Women Entrepreneurs Foundation, a not-for-profit body that supports budding women entrepreneurs in India. Growing up in Patna, a small town in India, Iti Rawat always aspired to grow into leadership roles. With her grit and perseverance, she built an incredible corporate career for herself at Nike and Apple. At the peak of her career, she decided to switch lanes, and started her training and consultancy firm Thinkhall with the ambition to bring more trained manpower to the retail industry in India, and went on to be awarded “Top5 startups in Diversity” at the prestigious DivHERsity Awards in 2019. Following the success of her first startup, Iti’s desire to give back to the community and her inner desire to see more women like herself reach success came to light with WEFT - Women Entrepreneurs For Transformation, as a way to help women restart their careers and regain their financial independence. Calling herself a Retail Experience Enhancer, Iti’s next run is to train and certify 1 lakh employees in retail in one year, dubbed #Onelakhin2020. For her tireless work to improve the lives of women in India, Iti has been appointed to the Leadership Committee at ASSOCHAM Women Economic Forum - Karnataka Council. Her drive to empower women to succeed on their own terms has also taken her to the international stage, as a speaker at the International Future of Women Conference 2020. Tapping into this wide array of experiences across retail, corporate leadership, and women and social entrepreneurship, Iti now aims to share her learnings through her training. She has dedicated her career to helping society to the best of her capability and capacity and intends to continue inspiring women and the retail workforce to achieve their dreams.
