With more than 35 years of experience, Dr. Swati Popat Vats is founder President of Early Childhood Association - India and the Association for Primary Education and Research- India. She is also the President of Podar Education Network and the Founder Director of Podar Jumbo Kids and Podar Prep, preschool and day care chain with more than 500 centres in India and 2 centres in UAE and Qatar. She heads the Teacher training wing of Podar and is also a Lead Assurer for the CACHE (UK) program at Podar.
