Dr. Shreevyas H M is a distinguished scientist and Project Director of e-Governance for the Government of Karnataka, where he leads the state’s AI Cell and major digital transformation initiatives. With over two decades of expertise across AI, Machine Learning, IT, GIS, and Remote Sensing, he has spearheaded landmark projects including facial recognition systems for the Shakti chatbot, LLM-powered citizen service platforms, and AI-driven document analysis tools for government officers. A recipient of the Digital India Award 2022, Dr. Shreevyas holds a PhD in AI & ML from DRDO, has filed two AI patents, and authored more than 20 research publications. As Chief Data Officer and Member Secretary of the Data Governance Working Group, he actively shapes data governance frameworks and standards. A Google India ML Ambassador, he is a leading voice on responsible AI for governance.
