Previously, he served as Senior Economic Advisor at the British High Commission and worked with the Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister of India. A Fletcher School graduate and co-author of Reason and Reform with Bibek Debroy, Diwakar brings a rare blend of technology policy, economic reform, and governance experience.
