Dr. Ajit Kar

Dr. Ajit Kumar Kar is a global coach, author, speaker, and social entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience across HR, L&D, and consulting. An ICF-certified coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and Positive Psychology expert, he integrates neuroscience, design thinking, and people-centric leadership to drive transformation.

Dr. Kar has worked with organizations including TATA, Hindalco, L&T, Coca-Cola, Wipro, and leading academic institutions such as IIMs and XIMB. He has held leadership roles including Head of OD & Capability Building at IMFA and Practice Head at The MindMasters, and co-founded CHRD, a not-for-profit HR consortium. A recipient of multiple global awards, including the Corporate Mentoring Excellence Award (2025), he is known for practical, high-impact interventions focused on culture, capability, and inclusion.
