Gayatri Anandh

Gayatri is a seasoned IT professional turned transformational coach, with over 35 years of industry experience spanning IT, BPO, and Electrical Engineering. Formerly the CTO of a BPO company, her journey from troubleshooting technology to empowering people led her to become a full-time coach in 2015. She holds the prestigious MCC and PCC credentials from the International Coaching Federation, with over 3,700 hours of coaching experience across corporate leaders, social changemakers, doctors, and students. Gayatri is also a certified Mentor Coach and Reiki Master, with additional training in Theta Healing, Transactional Analysis, and ITIL. An engineer by education (B.E. Hons, DCE), she combines structured thinking with intuitive insight. Gayatri has led coaching initiatives for Global Action on Poverty and contributes actively to ICF communities. For her, coaching is a spiritual journey—from knowledge to inner knowing—guiding individuals to tap into their core strength and create from the present.
