Dr. Kiran Bedi is India’s first woman IPS officer and one of the nation’s most influential leaders in governance, policing, and institutional reform. With a career spanning over four decades, she pioneered community policing, prison reform, and citizen-centric administration, setting benchmarks for ethical leadership and accountability. As former Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry, she led transformative initiatives across education, public health, sanitation, and technology-enabled governance.

A celebrated author, Dr. Bedi has written several impactful books on leadership, ethics, spirituality, and nation-building, translating real-world experience into actionable insights for leaders and citizens alike.
