Dr. E.V. Ramana Reddy, IAS, is one of Karnataka’s senior-most bureaucrats, with over 30 years of experience across key portfolios, including Information Technology, Agriculture, Industries, Rural Development, Education and Health.
As the first Director of Karnataka’s Department of IT & BT, he spearheaded initiatives such as BangaloreIT.com and BangaloreBio. As Additional Chief Secretary for Electronics, IT, BT and S&T, he has been instrumental in promoting innovation, research, and entrepreneurship through initiatives such as Elevate, Global Innovation Alliances, and the Bengaluru Tech Summit. He also serves as the Additional Chief Secretary to the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Karnataka.
