He has worked in kitchens of The Ritz-Carlton, The Taj Mahal Palace, and The Oberoi. He has spoken at the World Economic Forum, and his work has been featured in The New York Times, The Guardian, and The Huffington Post. He has been named one of the top 100 chefs of India and one of the top 50 chefs of Asia, and is the only chef to be invited by the prestigious Worldchefs Academy. He has been bestowed with ‘Chef of the Year’ award by the Prestigious Infinity Gourm and World Awards and ‘Rising Star Chef of the Year’.
