Kamal co-founded Xpheno, a specialist talent solutions firm, in 2017. He has previously served as the Managing Director for Kelly Services India and Malaysia. Prior to steering Kelly India into profitability, Kamal was the APAC head of Randstad based out of Kuala Lumpur where he launched their China, Hong Kong, Thailand and Singapore operations. With over two decades' worth of experience, Kamal has consulted on Executive Search, RPOs and Staffing Solutions for large enterprises. He has also co-founded the Indian Staffing Federation (ISF), a prominent voice for Labour Reforms in India. A columnist for Hindu Business Line and The Times of India, Kamal also blogs/vlogs on workplace dynamics every week.
