Dolon is a facilitator and a executive coach based in Singapore and India. As a coach, mostly works with leadership teams on improving overall effectiveness in decision making, personal and organizational conflict resolution, team alignment and resilience creation. She has worked across large organizations on a high growth trajectory as well as startups and her focus has always been to drive collaboration through a common purpose. Through her experience of working in organizations such as Axtria, Sapient, KPMG, JPMC she has managed complex globally matrix responsibilities. In her last assignment she was leading the solution and delivery team of Think Talent. A company coveted for delivering digitally powered blended solution to enhance impact of employees across their entire life cycle. The focus was to co create high-quality, impactful people solutions and ensure seem-less execution for organizations to enable them make the best use of their talent. Worked with some of the largest companies in the Technology, Financial Services and Consumer Sectors, for projects in Europe and Asia.
Prior to that she was leading the HR function of Axtria, a start-up, recognized as the fastest growing start-up in the analytics space. She was responsible for creating and driving the people strategy for India as well as US and she successfully built a team of high performing leaders who drove a massive 150% growth in business. She leverages her own leadership experience to coach senior executives from various industries. Dolon was empaneled by Centre for Non-Profit Leadership of Singapore for their leadership nurturing program. Her focus while working with leaders is building trust and bringing personal balance by working on inner passions and values.
